Assessments

At TAG we believe holistic feedback is the bedrock for organizational success. We offer several personal and organizational assessments that, coupled with coaching, provide roadmaps for continuous improvement.

Individual Assessments

  • ESCI: The Emotional Intelligence Assessment

The Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) is a 360-degree survey designed to assess 12 competencies in the four domains of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. The ESCI measures the demonstration of individuals’ behaviors, through their perceptions and those of their raters.

  • DISC Assessment

The DISC assessment is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centers on four different behavioral traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. The assessment is a valid and reliable assessment for personal and professional development that offers insights on the following dimensions for personal development—behavior style, communication style, and work style.

  • Strong Interest Inventory

The Strong Interest Inventory provides robust insight into what motivates people in the workplace and helps employees identify their interests and strengths in six broad areas: realistic (‘the doers’), artistic (‘the creators’), investigative (‘the thinkers’), social (‘the helpers’), enterprising (‘the persuaders’), and conventional (‘the organizers’). The assessment heightens people’s self-awareness and provides deeper understanding of individual strengths and blindspots, including work style and orientation to risk-taking.

Organizational Assessments

  • Organizational Climate Assessment

TAG’s Organizational Climate Assessment is a comprehensive tool designed to evaluate the overall health and effectiveness of your workplace environment. This assessment focuses on measuring key aspects such as employee engagement, communication patterns, leadership effectiveness, teamwork dynamics, and organizational culture. By analyzing these critical areas, our assessment provides insights into how well your organization supports its members, identifies areas for improvement, and pinpoints underlying issues that may affect productivity and morale. The results offer a clear picture of the current climate, highlighting strengths to build upon and organizational blindspots.

  • Emotional Intelligence Group Report

The Emotional Intelligence Group Report is a powerful tool designed to provide collective insights into the emotional and social competencies of a team or group within an organization. This report aggregates individual ESCI assessments to present an overall view of the group's strengths and areas for development in key emotional intelligence competencies, such as self-awareness, empathy, leadership, and interpersonal skills. The group report enables leaders and teams to understand the collective EI profile, identifying patterns and trends that impact team dynamics, collaboration, and effectiveness. By highlighting these shared attributes and potential gaps, the ESCI Group Report aids in designing targeted development plans and interventions that can enhance the group's emotional intelligence, communication, and overall performance.
