Chrysalis
Chrysalis, a non-profit organization headquartered in Los Angeles, helps people navigate workforce barriers through job readiness, individualized support services, and paid transitional employment. TAG worked with Chrysalis over the course of ten months to support its diversity and inclusion learning journey.
What began as a three-month scope of work focused on learning and development, evolved into a several month strategy to create a thriving culture at Chrysalis in which every stakeholder plays a role. TAG advised, coordinated, and facilitated the following services:
Capacity building with the board of directions and senior leadership team
Mixed methods data collection to measure organizational health
Organization-wide training to aid the organization’s learning culture
Regular advising with human resources—consulting on recruitment and retention matters
Advising the work of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee
