This course walks participants through a series of activations centered in building community through empathy. Empathy is the intentional practice of understanding, being sensitive to, and co-laboring with the experiences, feelings, and thoughts of another person. Empathy that is not cultivated languishes. The purpose of this session is to empower participants with actionable tools to bridge gaps and engender trust in both their personal and professional lives.
